WHAT TO EXPECT IN A SESSION
A session with Lucid Movement for Life is a form of movement therapy that aims to improve body awareness, flexibility, coordination, and overall well-being.

AFTER CARE
Please remember that you have just received a profound, restorative, youthening session. Your nervous system will continue to amplify and integrate this work.
To honor your investment in your session and retain the maximum benefit please allow approximately 24 hours of rest and gentle self awareness. Avoid exercise or any demanding movement.

Gentle Movements: Clients are guided through a series of slow, gentle movements and exercises. These movements are often novel and unconventional, designed to challenge habitual patterns and encourage exploration.
Hands-On Work: The practitioner uses gentle touch and manual guidance to facilitate movement and body awareness. This hands-on approach helps clients experience subtle changes in their movement and posture.
Mind-Body Connection: The emphasis is on cultivating awareness of your body's sensations, movements, and posture. You're encouraged to pay close attention to how your body feels during each movement.
Customized Approach: Assessing the client's unique needs, limitations, and movement patterns. The sessions are tailored to address specific concerns or goals.
No Special Equipment: Typically, no special equipment is required, and participants may lie on mats or sit in chairs during the session.
Personalized Feedback: Clients receive personalized feedback and guidance throughout the session, enabling them to develop a deeper understanding of their body and movement habits.
Sessions are about exploring and refining your movement potential, reducing tension and discomfort, and fostering a more profound connection between your mind and body. It's a holistic approach that can benefit individuals of all ages and physical abilities.
Please note that unlike massage - these sessions are fully clothed. Please wear comfortable loose fitting clothing and easily removable shoes.
